Outlook for Android --> IMAP doesn't work

Tried following setup:

email: mailto:sebastian@sebbe.eu

Display name: Sebastian Nielsen

Description: sebbe

imap host: imap.sebbe.eu

imap username: mailto:sebastian@sebbe.eu

imap password: <Please email mailto:sebastian@sebbe.eu from a *@microsoft.com employee account to get this and VPN access credentials>

smtp host: smtp.sebbe.eu:25

smtp username: mailto:sebastian@sebbe.eu

smtp password: <Please email mailto:sebastian@sebbe.eu from a *@microsoft.com employee account to get this and VPN access credentials>

It complains that the IMAP account settings are wrong. Checking the dovecot logs on the server shows that outlook for android isn't even attempting to connect.
