Outlook email messages and images not showing
I click on a message, but images and words don't show. Help!!

- My messages are appearing fine now. I didn't apply any workarounds, just reopened OL.
- How did you fix it?
Same issue. it is fine on my phone and web version but the desktop outlook app will not show me the body of emails.
Microsoft need to sort this asap.

Not affecting the app. - We can't access emails on the portal as well. Error 500 The mailbox being accessed doesn't have a valid account state ( Protocoldisabled.
Are you guys experiencing this as well? - work around is run via CMD "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462

I am experiencing the same issue.
- Hi All, we are experiencing a similar issue with a couple of computers.
- We are also experiencing this now. I don't know what's going on.
- It is more likely the latest windows or office updates.
