Outlook email messages and images not showing

I click on a message, but images and words don't show. Help!!

work around is run via CMD "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462
