Outlook email address is long series of numbers and letters - Can anyone help?

Hi all,

My Outlook works fine...when I send emails from it the "from" email addr is correct email address removed for privacy reasons.

HOWEVER - I am using a new Salestool - called Saleshandy - when I email from inside Saleshandy - this is what my "from" email address is :

Frank Collins <email address removed for privacy reasons>; on behalf of; Frank Collins <email address removed for privacy reasons>

NOONE will respond to anything like that...it screams of spam...Does anyone know how I can fix that? Ive tried following instructions from MSFT articles and it's just too complicated or it doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
