Outlook doesn't work for 4th IMAP email addy

Do you perhaps have mulit-factor authentication enabled for this account? In that case, you may need to provide an app password instead of your regular password.
Thanks. It is my own domain, and one of my other email accounts is from the same domain and works. It is hosted with ionos. I don't have multi-factor on the problem account.

Try adding it manually through the mail app in the control panel in the profile, sometimes IMAP can be tricky using the auto setup when Outlook is open.

I am having the same problem using Comcast.net email accounts on Outlook. All of a sudden everything that was working is no longer working. Two of the email accounts won't let me send email and one of them doesn't let me receive them. What should I do. I'm getting the same error message saying my password is wrong but I have updated the password and everything is correct.
