Just do not use as IMAP email client - there are many alternatives.
- IMAP is protocol for reciving and managing mail in inbox, not sending emails, which is causing the problem so thank you for your pointless advice.
You are correct. For sending it uses SMTP protocol. Extended phrase:
Outlook is just a bad SMTP/IMAP email client, IMHO, and I do not understand why people use it this way.
