Outlook Content section font size shrunk

I must have done something wrong.  The content section of my outgoing emails have shrunk and I cannot read it anymore.  If I highlight the content area and change the font size to "60" I can read it, but the recipients complain because of the content size they receive! 
How do I fix this?
