Outlook.com Sync email - Unable to load these settings. Please try again later.

I am still seeing the same error message that you are seeing. But the fact that the sync email setting is starting to become available for some people indicates that at least Microsoft is working on the problem. Hopefully the rest of us don’t have to wait too much longer for it to be fixed.
Not sure. I’m still getting the same error message as before. I’m getting a little worried that it is starting to work for others, but not for me.
- It can take several days for updates to roll out everywhere, so it's nothing to panic about, yet.
Try a private browser - if there is a caching problem, that will take care of it.

- Same for me. Shows how MS is just not aware of this site. We've all been complaining about this for months and now that they have fixed it, there isn't any notice to us that there was a problem or that they have fixed whatever the problem.
The next insane issue is why we continue to get MS notifications that are from an MS address that MS itself marks as invalid! Similar issues when we get MS alerts regarding suspicious activity and then it turns out that it is an MS server that our email addresses are synching with.
