Sync is now accessible, but it will not let me sync my new email address

How to Fix It
If you're using the new Mail experience in Outlook.com:
• On the toolbar, select the Settings icon, then select View all Outlook settings.
Mine is also working for email accounts that I previously had set up to sync. Tracy120522, what you describe about it not syncing new set ups I guess follows the 'grandfathered' think that Microsoft announced a couple of years ago, old sync setups supported, not new ones.
- Yesterday, Friday, January 26, 2024 I was finally able to add and sync the new outlook.com email address that I created last week. It seems to be doing fine and functioning correctly. Let's see how long it lasts. Thank you everyone for your input and assistance.
