I've been getting this error for more than three months. When I reach out to support, they acknowledge the situation and claim to be actively working on finding a solution. But after all this time, it does not seem convincing. I'm now starting to think that Microsoft can't fix this bug and chose to ignore it because it only affects a handful of people.
Hey, I haven't made comments again until now just to see if Microsoft would do the right thing, nothing! They do monitor these commuties so I think you are right! I did find a comment from them somewhere but it was the same as you have stated! Mmmm I'm starting to look at other email options now. Also, thinking of removing my account from my PC, it can be done and if more people do this...........................................................
