Outlook change help needed

With a recent update on Outlook I no longer receive notifications within the app not outside it that between the accounts I have on the app. Bear with me because it's a little difficult to explain 

 In the picture you can see the 2 accounts and I used to get dots on the account circle on the left to denote that I have a new unread email. Of which I don't get now any ideas how to get it back.
