Outlook Calendar on IOS, Shows SKYPE meeting, Should be TEAMS

Outlook Calendar on IOS, still has SKYPE MEETING option, when adding a new calendar event. My company was switched to TEAMS ONLY. What do I (the admin) do so the TEAMS MEETING option shows?

The change occurred correctly in Outlook on the desktop, and Outlook in the browser.

  This fixed itself. I did nothing. I do not how long it took. After a week or so, I forgot to watch for that change.
