Outlook account showing up as email address removed for privacy reasons

My company outlook works fine with desktop app and mobile app, but using power automate I saw that the outlook.com doesn't receive any email i get on my app and because of this reason I cannot use it to automate any emails. Also email address removed for privacy reasons doesn't show up anywhere else as an alias or something. When I send an email from my app it goes from my email but when I go it from outlook.live.com it goes from email address removed for privacy reasons and says on behalf of and then my name.
