Nothing in focused inbox (deactivated that anyway).

Yeah, had the same struggle. What finally worked for me was turning off Microsoft’s "junk email filtering" completely via PowerShell (needs a bit of setup). After that, nothing got silently dropped anymore. Worth a shot if you're comfortable trying it.
