Outlook 365 Password
I have Outlook mail as part of a Microsoft 365 personal subscription. I have a password for my Microsoft account but I don't recall setting a password for Outlook. However, I do have access to my Outlook mail. How can I check to see what password is being used to access Outlook? My system remembers the password so I don't need it to log in. I wonder if my Microsoft account password gets applied to Outlook mail. Any comments/clarification would be greatly appreciated.

It should be the same password yes, so if you downloaded Outlook desktop and added your Microsoft account login, it might not ask for a password as you are logged into the computer (possibly) and it already knows. There is not a different password, so I think you are correct.

Yes, that is exactly what I thought. But I was confused after reading this:
Is your Microsoft account password the same as your email? - 33rd Square
Not sure how to turn this into a link.
Any further thoughts on this? I just want to understand how to set up a password for outlook so I can access/reset as may be needed.

You can test it by opening a browser in private/incognito mode. Log into office.com/myaccount that is your portal for your whole Microsoft account. Then in the upper left area is the launcher and it will show "Outlook" and click on that and it should launch.
Or you can go incognit to outlook.com and log in and in the upper right is your picture and info, it will say "My Microsoft account" and click on that and it should launch your personal MS portal.
