Outlook 365 Crashes

My e-mail account at comcast just crashed, and I got the error message https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-crashes-deleting-three-or-more-emails-from-a-pop-account-with-download-headers-only-11f1d551-a72f-47e3-aed4-392d18dc3d87?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US

 However, I am using an IMAP account, not POP.  I don't have any e-mails with headers only. 

On my computer, the Outlook build is:  Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.13001.20338 64 bit)

I was able to access e-mail on my computer by creating another mail profile.

On my wife’s computer, the Outlook build is:  16.0.13001.20266 32 bit.  Her e-mail (also comcast) is working ok, but mine is unable to download e-mail, with a synchronizing folders error.
