Outlook 2019 - Entering account, does not connect to any server

Greetings,
due to a problem I had to reinstall Office 2019.
I'm trying to enter my email accounts, but the "not connecting to Server" error appears in every pi account.
Or thought it might be an OffLine, as it was an error it had given me before.
How can I solve this problem?
