Outlook 2016 -- puling e-mails over and over (and over and over)
In Outlook 2016, I am downloading AOL mail, and have used it for years. Now, every time I open Outlook, it downloads all of the e-mails from the server -- even if they have been downloaded before.
They come in 3, 4, 5, .... and more, until I log onto AOL and delete them there.
Does any one know why this is happening and how to fix it?
I've been in touch with AOL, who have no suggestions (except to delete the e-mail address) and tell me to contact Microsoft. Thanks.
