Outlook - Windows Security Pop Up Never Goes Away
- Apr 05, 2022
due to the URI showing 'subscribe_ical' , I`d assume your user has tried to add a calendar event and rather than importing the ICS file only, has added it as internet calendar.
You could check the users Outlook profile by opening the account details on Outlooks´ backstage page.
I think it will show up here and the password prompt should be gone, once the entry has been removed:

Mrudula021217 I had a similar issue that has been a problem for a while. I found yesterday that if you start the microsoft teams desktop app and update the password through there, it will solve the recurring windows security sign-in issue.
This has solved the issue for me for various computers now.

gmorales13 Thank you! Will try from my end too
- witness777Apr 05, 2022Copper ContributorThanks! This is exactly what was causing the issue. I removed the entry from the user and it appears to have fixed the issue.
