Notifications Not responding
I was sure I had seen this problem described with various solutions, but cannot find anything on it. I am using "classic" Outlook for Windows (16.0.18526.20168) with my gmail work account - I do not...
So this screenshot shows you the windows notifications, if you click the bell...you can see if Windows has notifications on and then the 2nd screenshot shows you the email when it arrives.
Outlook has 4 options for email delivery see 3rd screenshot) and I have display alert on, but all I get is the windows notification, which does not have an option to open the email. Desktop alert does not work for me, so if this is what you meant, not 100% sure if that's not working for just us or everyone.
The desktop alert is now hidden in the upper arrow of the system tray area(1st screenshot) but it doesn't open the email.
