Notifications Not responding

Are you talking about the Windows notifications or Outlook notifications? There are a few options for Outlook. Maybe you turned off the Windows notifications and that disabled Outlook notifications?
As far as I can tell, all notifications are on - but if you have suggestions where I can defintitely confirm this, then I am all ears (as it were). They appear from the side when an email comes in; however, when I click on the notification, nothing happens. In the past it would open the associated message so it could be dealt with. Now, nothing. It may as well not pop up...
