New Outlook for Windows - "Save as" missing

I am an independent advisor answering Outlook questions.
Your observation is accurate. There is no Save As button. You can provide Microsoft feedback on the designated feedback portal.
Alternatively, you can print to PDF or Microsoft XPS Document Writer, which will allow you to change the filename and choose the location.
