New Outlook Editor uses wrong language for Spell Check

dpruth It's not just (new) Outlook for me, I experience this problem in web browser texts as well (comments in forums etc.). I keep having to add (NL in my case) back as second language. On my Dutch machine at home I keep having to add EN as second language.
