New Outlook Editor uses wrong language for Spell Check

I received this reply from Microsoft support today:

Further investigating on this issue, we have identified that the action "language which you added under spell check are removed once you restart the outlook" have to be a known problem in the product. The product team has been made aware of this concern, and they are actively working on it. At this point in time, we have no final date available as it is too early in the process, hence ETA is still unknown. Please make sure you keep Office up to date to take advantage of feature updates as well as product corrections.
