Hi blinkertoonie, another practical workaround is to create calendar items from Mail view or Outlook on the web until the desktop client updates. Since the same account works in web and Teams Calendar, I would not rebuild the mailbox or change Exchange settings. This looks like a New Outlook client rendering issue. Capture the New Outlook version, WebView2 runtime version, OS build, and whether the Outlook force update command changes the result. That gives support enough detail to separate a known rollout bug from a local profile problem.
