What are the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
What is the exact version and build number of the affected New Outlook and Outlook for Mac clients?
A similar issue existed earlier this week for the To Do Module in Classic Outlook. This has been fixed at service level which means users only needed to restart the Outlook app to get the fix.
Verify that you are using the latest version of Outlook on the affected client and if so, restart the Outlook app. Then try to reproduce the issue again and see if it still occurs.
