New Outlook- 2 Issues

Hello,

I have changed to the New Outlook.

2 Issues came up:

1. I have several Mail Accounts. In the old Outlook, I could answer an E-Mail AND change the Sender Account. In the new Outlook, it opens an empty new window. So to reply to an E-Mail with  another account as sender, I have to copy the whole reply text and paste it into the new E-Mail with the correct sender info.

2. In the new Outlook I can't move E-Mails from one account into another account (IMAP) 

Anybody an Idea?
