New Outlook - Using two Mails with slightly different domain
Hey everyone,
As Old Outlook is connected with an additional app for one of my clients, I thought I could use New Outlook as my new operation centre for my various mail addresses.
Now the issue: my main business-address - also used for MS365 and Microsoft Entra ID and connected to my MS Account: "david [@] wb. koenig-leiche . at" and my main personal address which has its own web-mail "david@ koenig-leiche . at" are not possible to be added together.
When I try to add the second address I receive the following error: "This email account has already been added."
{"SessionId":"fc71f35e-f5d2-774c-8e5e-dd65b2b97a05","Timestamp":1780341019095,"Error":"INVALIDCREDENTIALS CANCEL"}
Has someone an idea how to solve this?
Thanks!

Can't login through your link to either. My main account email address "david @ wb.koenig-leiche .at" is a business account - which I can login through https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and my personal mail address "david @ koenig.leiche. at" isn't connected to any outlook account.
Is that address perhaps also connected to a Microsoft Account which you have already added to New Outlook? This doesn't have to be the primary address of that Microsoft Account.

This is my 6th attempt to answer... now using firefox instead of edge
As my main account is a business Account, and "david @koenig-leiche.at" isn't connected to any, I am unable to login through your link to either.
I think the issue here is that both addresses have the same username and end with the same primary domain... obviously... I just don't understand why that is an issue. - David_WBKLCopper Contributor
