New Group and Browse Groups

Question

Hi all, I have Ms Outlook for Ms 365 MSO version, the New Group and Browse Groups button are missing from Outlook, I can't find any way to get these, please help

Happy5&nbsp;your licenses and your version of Outlook do include the feature.&nbsp;&nbsp;It should be appearing on your Outlook Ribbon. Mauricio CassemiroThanks for your reply. The issue fixed. Microsoft found that the updated version of EWS that they have updated on their side caused the issue. I have done all you mentioned before but no luck.&nbsp;Thanks

Mauricio Cassemiro&nbsp;Is your screenshot from the Windows Outlook app? The Mac desktop app looks completely different. I can see my Groups in the left-hand side of my mailbox. But the Mac app doesn't have the same ribbon as the Windows app. There is no Groups tab. There is no option for 'New Group' or 'Browse Groups'&nbsp;
