Happy5 your licenses and your version of Outlook do include the feature.
It should be appearing on your Outlook Ribbon. I recommend a complete (not quick) restore of your Office or uninstallation> reinstallation.

Mauricio Cassemiro Is your screenshot from the Windows Outlook app? The Mac desktop app looks completely different. I can see my Groups in the left-hand side of my mailbox. But the Mac app doesn't have the same ribbon as the Windows app. There is no Groups tab. There is no option for 'New Group' or 'Browse Groups'

Mauricio CassemiroThanks for your reply. The issue fixed. Microsoft found that the updated version of EWS that they have updated on their side caused the issue. I have done all you mentioned before but no luck.
