How can I share My Templates Add-in contents with others? I am trying to share a few templates with all our global users for their outlook meeting invites.

Sharing your "My Templates" content is not shareable. I think this is excellent feedback. I recommend that you share it with Microsoft. Hopefully, they can provide sharing or exporting functionality soon.
Based on the roadmap, Microsoft will support creating templates similar to the classic Outlook functionality next year.
