Teresa_Cyrus - This is not helpful. Several users are reporting that their templates are gone and nowhere to be found in Outlook on the Web (O365, not outlook.com). They are enabled and published in the Admin Managed Add-ins. Just not showing for users in their personal mailboxes nor in the shared mailboxes. Please advise.
