My Templates in New Outlook and Web Explained

Except it doesnt'... MyTemplates simply doesn't show up anywhere for several accounts, others it does (OWA Outlook.com). There is no removing/adding (I mean there is, but doesnt' change anything).
Here is the latest version as of Oct. 10th.
You have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.1004.400 (Production).
Client Version is 20230922005.26 .
Check your version: View | View Settings | General | About Outlook.
