My Outlook Not Receiving Emails in Office 365
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue where Microsoft Outlook is not receiving any new emails in Office 365. Sending emails works fine, but incoming messages don’t show up in the inbox, even though my internet connection is stable. I’ve already checked spam and restarted Outlook, but the problem is still there.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it? Any suggestions would help a lot. Thanks!

I am having excatly the same problem. My account was 'hijacked' I changed passwords and since then I can send but not receive emails

My email provider is office 365 outlook. I've seen some other things online that gmail won't sync with outlook and ms is looking into it? None of the workarounds were successful
Who is your email provider? Exchange Online, Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo, other...?
When you look at your Inbox via the web interface of your provider, does it show new emails then?
