My Old Email (which I need but can’t get)

so I have an email which is email address removed for privacy reasons and I know the password but when I try sign in it says unusual activity and follow steps to get account the problem is the phone number on the account I do not have anymore and I have lost it. This is really important email account because of a game I have been playing for ages and i would just like to sign in once or twice to make changes for the game. So is there any help? I already submitted a request form but I did not know any emails or emails sent to people so I left them blank but I filled out the first of it.
