MS Places different view on Mac

Hi there,

does anyone know why on one client (Mac User) the building option view in MS Places looks like this:





as opposed to the usual view like this?

    Optimization Suggestions for Mac
    Customize your mailing list
    Click “View” > “Arrange by” in the upper right corner.
    Select “Date” or “From” grouping
    Adjust the number of preview lines:
    Outlook > Preferences > Mail > List Preview
    Enable Windows-like Reading Pane
    View > Reading Pane > select Right or Bottom
    Resize the pane (drag the divider)
     Bridging the task functionality gap
    Install Microsoft To Do (App Store download)
    Synchronize Outlook tasks:
    To Do > Settings > Connect Apps > Select Outlook
    3. Notes for Business Users
     Force Unified View (via policy)
    Administrator Push Preference Profiles (.plist)
    Locking down key interface options (e.g. reading pane position)
     Web version as an alternative
    Visit Outlook Web Edition for full functionality
