Microsoft outlook won't load

I double click on the icon or load it through the search bar and the wheel spins for a little while before disappearing completely and nothing has happened.

    Hi Nigel,

    Please try this action plan:
    - Make sure "Turn on fast start-up" is disabled in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\System Settings + reboot
    - Command prompt (as administrator): sfc /scannow + reboot
    - Command prompt (as administrator): DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth + reboot
    - Windows icon + R. Type in Outlook /safe + OK
    - Re-create the Outlook Mail Profile

    - Use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA tool)

    - Repair Office

     

    One or multiple steps will resolve the issue.
