When Microsoft make announcements it's a shame they don't give the version number so it's easier to check if a feature should work.

Just upgraded to Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20004) 64-bit and it still doesn't work with Business Basic accounts.

Client Version is 20240209002.21 .
Still doesn't work.- handerson443243Feb 27, 2024Copper Contributor
OK, so it works now for Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.214.400 (Production), Client Version is 20240209002.21. As discussed here https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/outlook-blog/how-licensing-works-for-work-and-school-accounts-in-the-new/ba-p/4047361, you have to mark your Microsoft 365 Family account as the primary account in the new Outlook. After this is done, you can add your Business Basic account.
- arj-2021-UKFeb 27, 2024Brass ContributorWhere are you getting that version number from. Mine says "Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20124) 64-bit". That version/build number looks quite different from yours.
