Mailbox storage problem
Hi! I have a Microsoft 365 Business account and on my Mailbox storage, looks the percent that every folder have and in "other" category it get more than the 50% of all the 50 GB. I've been trying to delet that contet but it doesn´t appear where I can delet it, my folder its cleaned but it still appear on the storage manage.
I tried calling the suplier tecnical service but they don´t have a solution.
Can you help me?

My suggestion is to check attachments within the emails. Download the attachments to OneDrive. Also, ensure you don't have duplicate emails due to using Conversations Cleanup.
- Hi Teresa Thank you the problem is solved, there was a problem between my outlook desktop software and the OWA in the outbox. Finally I can clean that storage.
