My suggestion is to check attachments within the emails. Download the attachments to OneDrive. Also, ensure you don't have duplicate emails due to using Conversations Cleanup.

Hi Teresa Thank you the problem is solved, there was a problem between my outlook desktop software and the OWA in the outbox. Finally I can clean that storage.
