Mail & Calendar Apps Will Be Replaced with New Outlook for Windows December 2024
Several users have reported issues connecting GMail Accounts to New Outlook. Here are some resources that I found to help. I will continue to update this thread as I find new information. Please if you find anything - Share It.
- You may need to allow 24 hours for the Email emails to appear.
If you have multiple accounts, try adding one account at a time to allow synchronization. My speculation is it may be timing out. Again, this is my speculation - it is not confirmed.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Windows 10 and 11.
Go to your computer and check for updates.
- In this article, a user did not have any issues with his Gmail Business Account but with two of his personal accounts. See the resolution from a MS agent.

- It also made me wonder if some of these issues apply to PCs.

Thanks Teresa, I am trying to get work email accounts/profiles to show up, not gmail or external accounts. When I switch over they do appear but when I click on them it says they are duplicates and the account is already created then they disappear. I will have to try to keep the new version running longer than a day when work isn't so busy to see if it syncs them. If I try to add them it says the account already exists. I keep having to switch back to the current version because I need into those inboxes.
