Long delay for incoming emails for one of my gmail accounts
I recently started using the new Outlook Mail and added multiple email accounts (hot mail, yahoo, and Gmail) and found that the incoming email for one of gmail accounts are delayed for hours (the 6:24pm email yesterday hasn't shown up at 10:30am today). Any advice are welcome! Thank you.

As far as I know, there are no syncing time options, so it should be automatic. Can you test this? Go to "view" and hit the "sync" button, see if it downloads new email? If so, then this might be a bug. If not, then maybe something else is happening. Antivirus (should not be an issue) VPN? You can also try removing the account and adding in again. Gmail security is getting wonky lately.
Do you mean the Mail app, or the "new" Outlook client, or maybe good old "legacy" Outlook? Which version are you on? Is the Gmail account the only one showing this behavior and is it added as IMAP account or?

I have 3 users with this same issue. All using Outlook for Mac App 16.93.2. I have removed the acconts and re-added but this doesn't resolve it. Also 3 other users have stopped Syncing all-together and even after the message "Message Sent" it doesn't send but shows in the sent folder. I doesn't show in the Gmail app either.

Yup, actually same issue here. Only it's across multiple devices. Outlook (formerly the windows "mail" app, not the real business outlook) for windows, as well as Outlook mobile (android) doing the exact same thing. A handful of emails will come in per day, often severely delayed. If I login to the Gmail web app I see all the emails just fine. Sending emails via the Windows app or phone app results in a message undeliverable bounce back.
Sounds like an authentication problem only it's not because why then would I get a trickle of inbound emails?
Something is broken and I can't tell if it's Gmail or the API that Microsoft is using to connect or what, but it sucks
