Junk mail is moving a safe sender to a blocked sender.
My website web host is supposed to forward emails from my webmail inbox to my business address in Outlook. This web host email address is in my safe sender list but is unknowingly and consistently moved to my blocked sender list. I constantly have to move it back from blocked to safe.
What needs to be done to prevent this email address from leaving my safe list?

Hi Traces95z,
First, please try to only manage the safe sender list in the Outlook Web App (not the Outlook Desktop App).
If the above workaround does not solve the issue, then please check:
- the email header (internet message header) of the email you received in Outlook (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/view-internet-message-headers-in-outlook-cd039382-dc6e-4264-ac74-c048563d212c)https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx can help you analyze this email header.
- the IP-address of the sending email server against known blacklists: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx.
If your business address is a Microsoft work- or school account, then please contact your Microsoft Exchange administrator.
