Is there a way to get structured 1:1 meeting agendas in Outlook/Teams?

I manage a team of 8 and I do weekly 1:1s with each of them. Right now we use a shared OneNote for agendas but its getting messy. Notes from previous meetings get lost, action items dont carry over, and half my directs forget to add their topics before the meeting. Somebody at another company told me they use a dedicated tool for this but I really dont want yet another app. Is there anything that works within the Teams/Outlook ecosystem for structured recurring 1:1 meetings?

Copilot has some pretty useful meeting features inside Teams and can summarize meetings as well as create action items. However at this point those action items really dont turn into tasks in your project management platform and the process still remains a bit manual. That being said it is still usable. Teams also has basic meeting agendas in it. I do definitely recommend Teamflect as an app built into Teams that can help with notes, talking points, goals, and other meeting integrations.

We found connecting our performance management system to our 1-1s to be really helpful in terms of accountability and overall employee growth.
