Inserting a Loop Component results in a link, not the text; how to change permissions?

1. Trying to insert a Loop Component in an Outlook (Windows 10) email results not in the actual text of the Component but in a long URI.

2. If that is due to conflicting permissions between the Loop and the addressee, how does one change the permissions on the Loop?
