incoming messages going to trash
all of my incoming messages are going into the trash folder instead of the inbox.

- Hi,
looks like some filters were applied. So first try to clean the cache, then go to Settings/Account Security /Filters, and then check the filter screen.
Cheers - turned out to be filters at the host site.
- Do you have any rules in effect?
