Import from office 11 identities folder to outlook 2019

When my Mac book formatted, I took copy of office 11 identities from it. Now I would like to import all those mails to my desktop where outlook 2019 is installed.  

I cannot export it from Mac book but I have office 11 identities folder.  Please give me the idea how to get all those messages into outlook 2019 (Windows 10) on my desktop ?
