How to turn off email forwarding that I did not set.

Ok,  There were no auto forwarding settings set to "on" from android app, web outlook, nor "new" outlook.  So I went through every rule I had in that account and there are lots and lots of them after 20+ years making them as mail came in.  I found one almost at the bottom of the list, "Medium Amanda" wasn't set to "forward" in words, but was set to "re-route" them to that forwarded address.  Which I have deleted and is now gone.  I have NO idea where that came from.  At any rate, it's now gone.   Thank You all for the replies and pointing to the rules area.  I'm going through them now and removing ones that are of no value any longer and also removing the "stop processing rules" option.
