How to stop outlook sending the same email multiple times

I can't find the correct information on how to stop my outlook account sending the same email over and over again to recipients, up to 15 times.  May be due to file size, timing ie shorter, longer transmission time setting or size of file (only 5mg). Which settings do I use to change this?
