How to Remove "on behalf of" from the Sender Information in Emails
Hello, I am using Outlook for Mac Version 16.93 (25011212).
When sending emails to a Google Group, the phrase "on behalf of" appears in the sender information of emails received by group members, as shown in the image below. This prevents Outlook rules from being applied correctly, causing inconvenience. I would like to understand in which situations the "on behalf of" phrase appears and whether there are any settings in Outlook or Google Groups that can prevent this from happening.
According to internal staff, this issue is also reproducible in Outlook for Windows.
I assumed the issue began after configuring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, but it continues to persist even after those settings were reverted.
